Marks Pizza is among my favorite pizza shops. Staff are polite and helpful & There is always a 10% off coupon on everything over 10.00, that isn't already discounted. You do have to ask for the 10% off however, It's not automatically included. In addition, they sell ice cream inside the marks pizza and have indoor seating with 2 TV's running at all times. Great little place!

I wish I could give them 10 stars for service! A couple of weeks ago we were picking up a pizza to take to our daughters in Marion. The traffic coming from irondequoit was terrrible and we were half an hour late picking up the pizza. We had called to tell them we would not be there when we originally said. When we did get there they had remade our complete order so it was warm. That’s what I call great customer service! Shout out to them!
I went in, not knowing what I wanted, but the gentleman at the counter helped me and took my order with ease!. Great customer service then he told me it would take 20 minutes and I told him I would sit in my car. He brought it out to me when it was finished. This gentleman at the counter has the best customer service. That is what makes or breaks the business. 100% will be going back
It is difficult to find a decent calzone anywhere for under 15, but Mark's has it. Add the 10% off coupon and it is even better. Check their website for current coupons and meal deals. Best double pepperoni calzone I have had in a long time.
In two years I've never had a bad slice of pizza from here. I stop in here when work brings me by this location for lunch. The slices are huge and you only need one to fill you up. While so many places were using Covid as an excuse for poor service this Mark's handled it well, never letting their service diminish.
My favorite place for pizza, wings &....ICE CREAM!! The pizza shop is usually busy however there's always enough employees to manage the phones, walk-in customers, pick ups, deliveries, etc... We usually order about once a week & whether we pick up or have the order delivered it's always correct, hot, delish & ready to eat with paper plates & napkins!!! As for the staff...AWESOME, always friendly & professional. It's always clean with plenty of tables inside to sit & eat, fun pics to check out of Walworth & the school sports teams. Finish up the visit with ice cream...reasonable price! They don't disappoint.
